VCA Canada is seeking a full time Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care for Calgary North Animal Hospital & 24-hour Emergency Service on a fixed-term contract. This role includes some evenings, weekends and overnights to support the hospital team.
Create a warm, welcoming environment for clients and their pets. You will manage a multiline phone system, book appointments, respond to emails, admit and discharge patients, and handle invoicing and scheduling.
