Please see below for more information on the position and if interested, apply with an updated resume aligned to the needs of the role. -- Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: • Must have considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent • Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuration and user management. • 10+ years of requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.



• Platform Configuration Skills: Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality, leveraging the platform’s full capabilities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. • Hands-On Experience with Financial Services Cloud: Practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components within Financial Services Cloud to support business processes and user needs. • Business Analysis & Planning: Active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories. Nice-To-Have Skills: • Salesforce Admin Certification or Similar Salesforce Certification is highly preferred.
