Job Description The Chance: The Security Shift Supervisor serves as the primary Global Security point of contact for an assigned shift within a 24/7 operation.
This role leads and supports Security Officers, coordinates daily shift activities, ensures compliance with post orders, standard operating procedures, contingency plans, and Mattel Global Security Best Practices, and completes special assignments as directed by the Security Manager.
The supervisor also performs standard Security Officer duties when operationally required and helps maintain a safe, secure, professional, and customer-focused environment for Mattel employees, visitors, contractors, and business partners.
