Key Responsibilities Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules for a wide range of architectural projects.
Ensure all technical documentation complies with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
Conduct technical reviews of designs and construction documents to identify potential problems.
Provide technical support during the construction phase, responding to RFIs and site queries.




Mentor and guide junior technicians and architectural assistants in best practices and technical standards.
Requirements Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architectural Technician, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Thorough understanding of South African building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, adapted for a remote working environment.
