As an RMA Coordinator, your main responsibility will involve coordinating the entire avionics return lifecycle under the guidance of the RMA Director. You will ensure operational visibility, effective communication with customers, and collaborate with internal teams. Your role focuses on maintaining service quality and compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all avionics RMA activities from opening to closure
• Manage daily follow-up of ongoing RMA cases
• Plan and prioritize RMA cases in collaboration with teams




• Serve as the primary contact for RMA case inquiries
• Produce performance reports and monitor KPIs

Requirements:
• Technical bachelor’s degree or technician diploma preferably in avionics
• Relevant RMA coordination or avionics operational experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP
• Proficiency in both French and English for effective communication
