Nestlé Canada is seeking a Training Coordinator at our Sterling Road factory in Toronto. You will translate site priorities into practical training plans, materials, and programs; support internal recruitment under the collective agreement; and manage on-the-job training for hourly employees.
Working with HR, factory trainers, and site committees, you will build capability while upholding quality, food safety, environmental and health and safety standards. This is an onsite, permanent role.
