Extendicare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care and administer medications in compliance with our standards and policies. You will document care and collaborate with the health team to support resident needs in a long-term care setting.
You will work with the Director of Health and Wellness and Director of Care to coordinate care plans, supervise unregulated care providers, and ensure timely care while upholding infection prevention and safety practices.
