As an HVAC Operations Supervisor with Indwell, you will coordinate and support mechanical systems management throughout Southwest Ontario. Your expertise in HVAC and mechanical systems will guide technical troubleshooting and maintenance. You'll also supervise staff, oversee contractor relations, and ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules across facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor building system coordinators and maintenance staff
• Manage contractor maintenance schedules and approve service activities
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues




• Maintain building automation systems for optimal performance
• Support capital projects for equipment installation and upgrades

Requirements:
• 5+ years in HVAC or building operations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and hydronic systems
• Excellent communication skills and compassion for residents
• Proven leadership capability within diverse teams
• Valid “G” class driver’s license and own vehicle
