- Act as the primary liaison between general contractors, clients, and the ZLW project team- Lead and participate in meetings with senior stakeholders, including in office client meetings- Own project budgets end to end: track spending against forecast, flag scope changes and overruns early, and keep the numbers current in Zoho Projects- Build time-tracking reports from the project team's logged hours, and reconcile them against project financials to assess profitability- Maintain and update tasks, timelines, and documentation in Zoho Projects- Coordinate resources and scheduling across the project team- Work with the other project coordinators to make sure equipment and deliveries arrive on site on schedule- Track action items after meetings and follow through to completion- Surface risks and delays before they become problemsRequirementsRequirements- Project management or project coordination experience,
