Learn more about why we were selected here.PositionTitle:Senior Policy AnalystSalary:$88,948 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)Contract:2-year TermHours:37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)Location:West Kelowna or Kamloops, BC, located on the unceded ancestral territories of the Syilx or Secwépemc Nations – Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy.About The RoleThis role is responsible for leading policy development, analysis, and planning aligned with the FNHA’s Health Plan, working closely with the Interior senior leadership and the governance team. It involves collaborating with First Nations communities and health partners, providing strategic advice to leadership, and supporting regional engagement and planning initiatives specifically aligned with the Interior Regions governance and engagement structures.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring strong policy development and analysis experience, a deep understanding of First Nations health governance, and the ability to lead collaborative initiatives across diverse partners.EducationA university degree in health and/or public policy, health systems management, political and/or social sciences or other related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience5-7 years of recent and relevant experience in policy, project,
