About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive to promote and sell their hotel's services and facilities in Kimberley. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a deep understanding of the hospitality market. You will play a key part in driving revenue and occupancy for the hotel, contributing to its success in the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy targets.
Identify and prospect potential new clients in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
Conduct hotel tours and present proposals to potential clients.




Negotiate sales contracts and ensure all terms are met.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective promotion and delivery of services.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust understanding of the local market and competitor landscape.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
