This pivotal role promotes First Nations health sovereignty while delivering psychological assessments. You will enhance health outcomes through comprehensive clinical governance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong family engagement. The focus is on equity in care and addressing emerging community needs while supervising support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of children and youth’s psychological needs
• Lead clinical governance and maintain quality standards
• Supervise psychometrists and clinical staff effectively
• Coordinate referrals and triage incoming requests
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration for integrated health care
Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Minimum five years of pediatric assessment experience
• Active registration as a Psychologist in Manitoba
• Experience with First Nations communities and health systems
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
