In this pivotal role, reporting to the Portfolio Director of Finance, you will own the treasury and controllership functions for our software portfolio. You’ll bring your extensive accounting expertise to oversee month-end close deliverables, manage complex financial matters, and enhance internal controls. Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate reporting standards and support acquisition integration while navigating a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end deliverables
• Own treasury function, including cash visibility and debt management




• Coordinate tax compliance and consult with external advisors
• Lead technical accounting guidance on IFRS standards
• Strengthen internal control environments and audit outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience
• CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification required
• Proven people management experience
• Solid knowledge of IFRS standards
• Advanced Excel and experience with AI finance tools
