We are committed to working alongside you to support you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.YOUR MISSIONSI am looking for a Payables and Receivables Supervisor for a company located in the Laurentians.Your main responsibilities will include:-Supervising, motivating, and developing a team of 15 to 20 unionized employees (coordinators, technicians, and clerks).-Assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring the effective management of daily operations.- Manage team performance, including goals, evaluations, and coaching.- Oversee all activities related to accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures,



and internal controls.- Participate in process optimization and the continuous improvement of operations.-Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the department’s efficiency.-Other related tasksYOUR PROFILEWhat We’re Looking For:-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field-CPA designation or in the process of obtaining it (a plus)-At least 2 years of experience in supervising or managing a team-Experience in a high-volume transactional workplace-Experience managing unionized staff (strongly preferred)-Good understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes-Bilingual (French and English)-Experience in a large corporationWhat we offer:-Hybrid work model (3 days remote and 2 days in-office)-Salary between 110,000 and 130,000 + bonus-Group insurance-RRSP
