Takingthe Reins as a Lammle’s Store Manager: Customer First Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Lammle’s Experience in every interaction
Lead by example on the sales floor, fostering genuine customer relationships and driving sales performance
Create a welcoming retail environment where customers feel valued, understood, and connected to the Western lifestyle
Actively support company initiatives and promotions, follow company visual standards, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Operational Excellence Lead day-to-day retail operations, focusing on efficiency, consistency, and accountability
Execute company policies, programs,



and operational standards with integrity and excellence
Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance standards in partnership with Asset Protection and other departments
Uphold accurate operational reporting, payroll, timekeeping, and administrative processes
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and always aligned with health and safety practices
Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and train staff accordingly
Merchandise Mindset Use impactful merchandising and visual presentation to bring the Lammle’s vision to life
Drive seasonal merchandising strategies, promotions, and product placement initiatives
Coach and train the team on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and selling techniques
Ensure store displays, storefronts, and promotional presentations align with company standards and brand image
Complete markdowns accurately and in line with company policy
Identify opportunities to maximize sales through strategic merchandising and product placement
Demonstrate a genuine passion for Western wear and strong product knowledge

Recruit, develop,



and retain top talent to build a high-performing and engaged team
Inspire, coach, and mentor team members, creating a clear path for growth and development
Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable work culture built on trust and respect
Conduct performance conversations and annual performance reviews
Maintain open, honest, and transparent communication with employees and partners across the organization
Recognize and develop future leaders to support Lammle’s continued success
Skills: Engage, inspire, empower and motivate high performers and a success full team
Robust personal skills, outgoing and able to communicate with co-workers and customers
Sales and customer service orientated, ability to identify opportunities and problem solve
Critical thinking skills, proactive and innovative
Self-motivated, having an ownership mentality and a can-do approach.
Qualifications: 2-3 years of retail management experience is a must, preferable in a high-volume retail environment
Passion for Western wear, culture, and Tack Experience, is an asset
Flexibility including evenings, and weekends
