Key Responsibilities:
• Own the 3- to 18-month supply plan in SAP IBP
• Identify constraints and service risks using SAP IBP tools
• Present capacity outlooks and key supply gaps monthly




• Convert supply plans into executable requirements in SAP S/4HANA
• Coach junior planners and promote standardized planning practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum five years of supply planning experience
• Proficient in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA systems
• Solid communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
