Your work will involve direct interaction with patients and healthcare teams to ensure individualized therapy and promote safe medication use.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy
• Participate in patient care rounds and team collaborations




• Assess and resolve medication-related problems proactively
• Mentor new staff and precept pharmacy students
• Assist with complex drug therapies and pharmacy operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
• Current registration with Alberta College of Pharmacy
• Entry-to-practice degree in Pharmacy
• At least 1 year experience in a hospital setting
• Preferably completed accredited residency or Pharm D program
