You should have several years of structural design experience in the buildings sector and ideally be Chartered.ResponsibilitiesDesign work in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, including bespoke basement design and multi-storey schemes.Lead or contribute to commercial schemes such as schools, data centres, public sector schemes, vertical extensions and re-cladding work.Develop and deliver temporary works design solutions.Prepare and review drawings,
