Location Brossard is looking for a Mobile Unit Heavy-Duty Mechanic to oversee the maintenance of a fleet of new vehicles for a major South Shore client.
You will work with modern equipment in a practical, stable, and secure environment.
As Location Brossard’s on-site representative, you will also serve as a company ambassador.
Your professionalism, reliability, and quality of service will directly contribute to the customer experience and our company’s reputation.

A long-term assignment with a major client
Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 to 1:30 PM
No night calls and no weekend work

Key Responsibilities Plan and perform preventive maintenance on approximately 20 trucks and 50 trailers
Carry out inspections and scheduled service checks
Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues using manufacturer software
Complete repairs and replace required components
Maintain detailed service records and ensure accurate fleet tracking
Keep the mobile unit, tools, and work area clean and operational
Communicate effectively with the customer and provide professional service
Act as a Location Brossard ambassador at the customer’s site
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy-duty truck mechanics
Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
Resourceful, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Customer service mindset and professional communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of representing Location Brossard professionally
