You will coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and utilize advanced computerized systems for documentation. This role includes mentorship responsibilities for current hires and students, alongside participation in project teams and committees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care for general medicine and geriatric inpatients
• Plan and coordinate personalized patient care with team members
• Utilize electronic systems for accurate patient documentation




• Lead resources and mentor new nursing team members
• Engage in project teams or hospital committees as needed

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2 years of recent medical/surgical nursing experience preferable
• Critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
