Lead the interRAI project as the Regional interRAI Manager at Jarlette Health Services in Midland, Ontario. Oversee data management and staff education for quality resident care.

This permanent full time role reports to the Director of Long-Term Care Operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective execution of the interRAI Program, maximizing Case Mix Index results. Key skills sought include experience with interRAI coding, CAPs, and Point Click Care (PCC), along with a background in geriatric nursing and care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and evaluate the interRAI Program across multiple homes
• Ensure data accuracy and support for staff education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in care delivery




• Provide training on RAI/MDS coding and documentation
• Maintain compliance with government and company standards

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum three years in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of interRAI processes and certifications
• Strong proficiency in adult education strategies
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel
