The Prospect: We’re looking to fill an opening for a Manager, Sales Support to join our AM Wealth Distribution team for 12 months.

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales the Manager,



Sales Support is responsible for leading and overseeing the Sales Associate team, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional support for the sales processes.

This role requires a combination of strong leadership, excellent communication, and outstanding organizational skills to optimize team performance and foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing best practices and procedures, providing ongoing coaching and professional development for Sales Associate team, and coordinating sales events across the country.
