Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and other coffee drinks with precision and consistency Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations Operate the point-of-sale system and mobile ordering platforms with accuracy and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station and café environment at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours Handle cash and cashless transactions with confidence and integrity Participate in catering operations and special events as needed,
