You will design and facilitate engaging training modules, provide coaching, and assess driver performance using virtual tools and platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for drivers covering safe driving practices, fuel efficiency, vehicle operation, and customer service.
Utilize virtual platforms and e-learning tools to conduct engaging and effective remote training sessions.
Assess driver performance through observation, feedback, and practical evaluations, providing constructive guidance.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies relevant to driver training.
Maintain accurate records of training participation, performance assessments,



and certification status.
Collaborate with the logistics and HR departments to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Requirements Proven experience as a Driver Trainer, preferably with experience in delivering training remotely or in an e-learning environment.
In-depth knowledge of road safety regulations, defensive driving techniques, and commercial vehicle operations.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using online training platforms, video conferencing tools, and e-learning software.
Ability to develop engaging training materials and assess learning outcomes effectively.
A passion for teaching and developing others, coupled with strong self-discipline for work from home.
