Elevate community healthcare as the Clinical Practice Lead with CarePartners in Waterloo-Wellington. This full-time role involves supporting clinical staff and enhancing patient care delivery through leadership and education.
As part of the Nursing Team, you’ll work closely with the Professional Practice Research & Education team to mentor frontline staff, implement clinical education, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Your role is vital in promoting community health initiatives and enhancing patient care through effective communication and technology use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and coach clinical staff in ongoing education delivery
• Collaborate with management on Community Health Services
• Approve and monitor special functions as per health regulations
• Maintain quality management practices within the nursing department
• Build relationships to support holistic care delivery
Requirements:
• Regulated Health Qualified: RN/RPN
• 2+ years in community healthcare leading clinical practice
• Experience in a formal leadership role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
