We are seeking an experienced Setup Operator with over two years in press operation and die change. In this position, you will ensure efficient, high-quality production while adhering to safety protocols. You will also handle materials with forklifts and cranes to optimize workflow in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and tear down press dies effectively
• Operate stamping equipment to meet production standards
• Conduct start-up checks on machines and related equipment
• Troubleshoot basic press issues and escalate as necessary
• Maintain accurate quality, scrap, and production records

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of press operation experience
• At least 2 years of die change/setup experience
• Forklift/crane operation experience preferred
