Reporting to the Director of Care, the Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in ensuring residents receive personalized attention. You will be involved in developing care plans, managing medical treatments, and facilitating effective communication among residents, families, and the healthcare team. A focus on dignity, comfort, and independence is central to this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized care plans with the care team
• Administer medications and conduct health assessments




• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
• Support end-of-life care and maintain dignity
• Document resident conditions and care accurately

Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Current LPN license from Alberta
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in residential care is an asset
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
