As a regular part-time Maintenance Person, you will ensure optimal conditions at Tall Pines Long Term Care Centre. You will perform crucial repairs, routine maintenance, and manage health and safety measures, while interacting closely with residents and staff. This position demands dedication and excellent communication skills to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance duties and repairs
• Diagnose building system malfunctions promptly




• Complete written daily maintenance reports
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the facility
• Report health and safety hazards proactively

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum three years’ maintenance experience
• Ontario G Driver’s license necessary
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills required
