This dynamic role reports to the Chief Engineer and involves maintaining machinery and building systems, ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests and associates. You'll monitor energy efficiency, address maintenance issues, and provide exceptional service, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine repairs on plumbing, electrical, and hardware systems
• Maintain tools and equipment to uphold hotel standards
• Monitor and analyze building systems' performance




• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions
• Keep thorough logs of maintenance activities and issues

Requirements:
• Minimum one year experience in hotel maintenance
• 4th or 5th Class Power Engineer designation
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and safety standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical ability to manage various maintenance tasks
