Be a vital part of the Geneva Centre for Autism as an ABA Facilitator, providing support through Behavioral Skills Training. Work directly with children and youth with ASD in various settings.
As an ABA Facilitator, you will implement strategies outlined in behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA). This position requires traveling to community locations, family homes, and the Geneva Centre, where you'll support caregivers and workers alike. Your efforts will help gather and analyze data crucial to the ongoing assessments and improvement of behavioral programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention and skill-based teaching plans
• Support families in clinic, home, and community settings
• Collect and graph data for interpretation by the RBA
• Assist in conducting functional assessments and generate reports
• Maintain client records and participate in meetings
Requirements:
• Diploma in Behavioural Sciences or Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Minimum 1 year of community-based experience
• At least 2 years' experience with ASD individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check
