Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Dispatchers and Video Surveillance Analysts
• Audit communications for service accuracy and standards
• Step in during high-demand periods with coordination support




• Serve as the main contact for law enforcement and internal partners
• Prepare and recommend operational performance improvements

Requirements:
• 2+ years in dispatch/security operations experience
• WSIB Approved Standard First Aid/CPR Level C
• Post-secondary education; APCO Certificate preferred
• Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
