Working under the supervision of the Director, Credit and Collections, you will play a crucial role in monitoring customer accounts and improving cash collection performance. This position is temporary with a possibility of becoming permanent, allowing for substantial growth within a supportive team workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor overdue accounts and lead collection activities
• Communicate with clients via phone and email on payments
• Follow up rigorously on payment arrangements
• Document and escalate billing disputes as needed
• Collaborate with Sales and Accounting teams for resolution

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in collections or accounts receivable
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook
• ERP experience preferred
