About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Retail Operations Coordinator to support their retail network from a remote location. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of stores by managing communication, coordinating resources, and assisting with various operational tasks. You will serve as a key liaison between the head office and the store teams, ensuring that operational procedures are followed and challenges are addressed promptly. The successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple priorities, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, remote-first workplace, contributing directly to the success of the retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate store-level operational activities, including scheduling, task management, and compliance checks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for store managers regarding operational inquiries and support needs.
Assist in the implementation of new operational policies and procedures across the retail network.
Manage and organize operational documentation, reports, and communications.
Track and report on key operational metrics,



identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
Support the rollout of new technology or systems within the retail stores remotely.
Requirements Previous experience in retail operations , store administration, or a related support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other operational software.
Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote work setup .
