Lead the Lax Kw’alaams Daycare as a Full-Time Daycare Supervisor. Ensure a culturally enriching workplace while overseeing early childhood development programs and supporting team effectiveness.

As a vital team member, you will manage the overall daycare operations in Lax Kw’alaams, BC. This role requires a strong focus on program delivery, team mentoring, and maintaining safety standards. You will also communicate effectively with families to keep them informed of their child's progress and involve community resources in the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee smooth daycare program delivery and activities
• Provide mentorship and support to staff members
• Communicate regularly with parents about child development




• Maintain safe and nurturing environments for children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• ECE certification or registration with regulatory body
• 7 years of experience in licensed childcare settings
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
