Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a knowledgeable Parts Specialist to assist internal and external customers in finding the required parts. This role involves preparing quotes, processing orders efficiently, and managing the inventory of parts and materials. You will also support the Service Department by providing accurate parts pricing and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate solutions
• Prepare detailed quotes and process parts orders efficiently
• Manage unloading, receiving,



and organizing parts storage
• Maintain accurate inventory through documentation
• Provide parts shipping support to customers and branches

Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills in person and via phone
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in the parts industry is an asset
• Knowledge of warehousing principles and practices
• Journeyperson Parts Certification is a plus
