Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Branch Support will have a broad range of duties including indoor and outdoor tasks and physical and administrative responsibilities. Specific duties include bulk plant and cardlock maintenance, front counter customer interactions, billing and cash handling and customer deliveries. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a qualified manner and adhere to our company values. Responsibilities: Daily, weekly and monthly inspections and maintenance of cardlock, bulk plants and facility; Delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants to customers; Front counter and in-person coverage including billing, cash handling and other administrative tasks; Process retail and lubricant sales, helping customers purchase and load parts and products as required; Inventorycounts and maintenance, ordering based on established min/maxes; Customer data entry and follow-ups Updates all process documentation records to ensure consistency Reconcile accounts and investigate
