The organization is in an exciting growth phase and is building the infrastructure, processes, and leadership team required to support significant expansion over theing years.

Your new role As Director of Finance, you will serve as the President's primary financial business partner and take ownership of all accounting, finance, treasury, reporting, tax, and audit-related activities across a multi-entity platform.

While this is a leadership position, the successful candidate must befortable rolling up their sleeves during the initial stages.

In the short term, you will be responsible for catching up on existing files, establishing structure and discipline within the finance function, and managing the day-to-day operational finance activities.

As the organization grows, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a finance team, allowing you to transition from a hands-on builder into a strategic finance leader.

What you'll need to succeed You are a CPA with experience leading finance and accounting functions within a multi-entity environment.

Exposure to real estate, construction, investment management, development, or other project-based industries would be considered a solid asset.

You have a proven track record of improving processes, implementing controls, managing audits and external stakeholders, and thriving in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments.

Equally significant, you possess a hands-on mindset and are excited by the opportunity to build systems, teams, and infrastructure rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
