• Schedule labor requirements to meet production goals
• Conduct shift briefings for effective communication




• Monitor task completion times with staff
• Ensure timely shipping based on priority orders
• Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:
• College Diploma in Business Management preferred
• Five years of distribution experience required
• Two years supervisory experience in a 3PL setting
• Proficient in MS software and WMS
• Fluent in French with basic English skills
