As a permanent House Lead, you will oversee a safe environment while providing direct support to program participants. Key responsibilities include mentoring Residential Support Mentors and ensuring all program requirements align with Life’s Journey Inc.'s objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and an understanding of Indigenous culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe home environment for participants
• Mentor and train Residential Support Mentors
• Monitor and plan activities aligned with participant goals




• Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies
• Facilitate positive interactions with stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ experience in a related role
• Experience with individuals with diverse needs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• First Aid Level 1 certification required
• Satisfactory screening checks and valid driver's license
