Shape the fitness journey of Canadian Armed Forces members as an In office Fitness and Sports Instructor with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. You’ll develop and lead fitness programs that meet the needs of a highly motivated clientele.
This critical role involves delivering tactical fitness, sports, and aquatics programs to support the well-being of military personnel. As a Fitness and Sports Instructor, you'll assess and refine training sessions, ensuring they meet operational standards. Your passion for fitness will help enhance the physical readiness of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead tactical fitness and aquatics programs for military personnel
• Develop and evaluate physical fitness training sessions
• Instruct health and physical fitness training modules
• Apply policies and regulations for safety and effectiveness
• Coach a variety of sports, ensuring engagement and skill development
Requirements:
• College diploma in relevant fitness or health field
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• National Lifeguard Service Certificate, as necessary
• Proven experience in fitness training and coaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
