This role is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will supervise and train housekeeping staff, manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and conduct regular inspections to uphold quality. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards.
Train current housekeeping team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hotel standards.
Manage inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities,



placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Requirements Previous experience in a housekeeping role, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hotel operational procedures.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
