The plant in Vaughan, Ontario seeks a Plant Manager to run end-to-end operations, owning safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You will lead the management team, drive key customer programs, and grow a diverse team in a ramping start-up workplace.
You will manage the P&L;, oversee the budget, and leverage automation and data-driven decisions to gain competitive advantage, while collaborating across international travel as needed, including to China and in English (Mandarin is a plus).
