Execution is measured by impact and value created - not the number of actions.***An environment that lets you focus on what really matters:*** Hourly Rate: $39.02/hr.* Schedule will be Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm.* Recognition of years of service in calculating vacation time.* Flexible group insurance plan, including telemedicine service.* Employee assistance program.* Opportunity to invest in you (Career Path, etc.).* Pension plan including employer contributions.**Your role in achieving results:*** Ensure compliance of health and safety regulations, and the ability to implement programs to improve safety culture.* Responsible for supporting the Production Supervisor in employee relations including work direction of employees, training, performance reviews, administering policies and procedures, and disciplinary action.* Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the Production team.* Promote and enhance a positive employee relation atmosphere including efforts to continuously improve teamwork and establish high levels of employee involvement.* Ensures consistent application of best practices towards product evaluation, food safety and quality to support and maintain Agropur's quality standards.* Supports the operation of the HACCP team to ensure that the facility and documentation are suitable for third party/customer audits to maintain the SQF/ HACCP status at the plant.* Monitor and ensure efficiency of plant equipment and resources and ensure production requirements are met on time.* Responsible for achieving department budgets in the area of labour costs by measuring and improving productivity and processes.* Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.* Results driven, bottom-line orientated, strives to exceed goals, and motivates self and others to achieve positive outcomes.* Demonstrate ability to drive organizational change through solid interpersonal and communication skills and formal problem-solving techniques.* In the Production Supervisor's absence, such as vacations or sick time, you will be responsible for assuming the role of Supervisor for your shift.* Participate in First Aid Training in order to support the shift in First Aid.**What we are looking for to deliver these results:*** Knowledge of quality assurance systems (GMP, HACCP and SQF).* Knowledge of SAP (an asset).* Proficient with Microsoft Office and field-specific software.* Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience is an asset.* Experience supervising in food or pharma industry would be an asset* UKG Scheduling experience would be considered an asset.**A role for those who want to create real impact and contribute to measurable and sustainable results.**#usinep1*Agropur accueille des personnes de toutes origines et de tous horizons.
