Intent of the process
A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic profiles and/or requirements as well as tenures (Acting, Assignment, Deployment, Secondment, Determinate, and Indeterminate appointments) and/or security clearance (reliability or secret), which may vary according to the position being staffed.
OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:One or more of the following operational requirements may be required depending on the position being staffed:- Willing and able to work overtime on short notice.- Physical effort is required when lifting, carrying and handling boxes of records and other various materials up to 20 kilograms.- Willing and able to work onsite in an office setting five days a week.

Your application must clearly explain how you meet the following
EDUCATION:- Successful completion of two years of secondary school or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
NOTE:
Training courses / on-the-job training relevant to the position being staffed.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience** relevant to the position being staffed (see essential experience).
EXPERIENCE:- Experience in providing administrative services in an office environment- Experience in providing services to public or internal clients.- Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and email (such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook).

ABILITIES:- Ability to prioritize, plan and organize workload in order to meet objectives and deadlines.- Ability to communicate effectively orally.- Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

(ASSETS) EXPERIENCE:- Experience preparing and coordinating travel arrangements in a travel system such as, but not limited to, Global Business Travel etc.- Experience processing financial transactions (reconciling invoices, processing payments, etc)- Experience using financial software programs, such as but not limited to, SAP.- Experience in providing services to or working with First Nations, Inuit or Metis people, communities,
or organizations in a professional setting, which could include but is not limited to, work, school, or volunteer setting.- Experience providing general information and services to clients in-person, by telephone or in writing.- Experience working with sensitive material.
