• Proclaim God’s Word through sermons and teachings
• Develop and empower church leaders in their ministries




• Cultivate a welcoming and growth-oriented church culture
• Guide evangelism and community engagement efforts
• Oversee a team of associate pastors and support staff

Requirements:
• Proven pastoral experience in church leadership
• Robust commitment to cross-cultural ministry and missions
• Spirit-filled and biblically grounded faith
• Passion for leadership development and discipleship
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
