EllisDon is searching for an experienced skilled to manage heavy civil project pursuits. In this role, you will engage multidisciplinary teams in estimating, operations, and marketing efforts. Your expertise in technical narratives and project management will be invaluable as you contribute to preparing schedules and addressing owner inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage RFQ and RFP process for heavy civil projects
• Organize multidisciplinary project teams for effective collaboration
• Develop technical narratives and owner response materials




• Prepare pursuit schedules and engagement materials
• Coordinate document control for pursuits and pre-construction activities

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in heavy civil construction projects
• Engineering degree or Construction Management diploma preferred
• Knowledge of Design-Build and other contract models
• Strong writing and project management skills
• Detail-oriented with proactive growth mindset
