As you learn and grow in the role, you'll receive training to develop your skills and support our kitchen and food preparation areas
Create a positive experience by being friendly, helpful, and approachable with customers and co-workers
Work together with your team and jump in where needed,



especially during busy service periods
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and organization throughout IKEA Food
Support food preparation and service with care, consistency, and attention to quality
Follow food safety practices, including allergen awareness, expiry controls, hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention
Take responsibility for your part of the operation while supporting the success of the whole team
