Become part of Mangrove Lithium's mission as an Industrial Mechanic in Delta, B.C. This role supports the commissioning of our pioneering electrochemical lithium refining plant through equipment maintenance.

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic or Millwright to maintain and deploy equipment within our innovative R&D; and production facility. You will collaborate with various teams to conduct preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and upgrades of our unique systems. This position also includes the chance to engage in the commissioning of groundbreaking production technology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols
• Maintain process equipment across electrochemical systems
• Assist in planning maintenance and upgrade projects




• Document service records accurately and thoroughly
• Execute mechanical upgrade projects on various scales

Requirements:
• Industrial mechanical apprenticeship or 5+ years of experience
• Red Seal certification as an Industrial Mechanic is beneficial
• Robust knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
