NOTE: THIS SHIFT IS FROM 4:00PM TO 12:30PM

Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead and support a team of 2–3 forklift operators.
- Oversee loading and unloading of trailers.
- Coordinate and prepare preloads for the following day.
- Identify any OSD (Over, Short, Damaged) issues and report them promptly.
- Ensure daily dock checks are completed accurately.
- Monitor forklift condition and arrange service, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure daily forklift inspections are completed and documented.
- Observe forklift operators and correct unsafe or improper driving behaviors.
- Monitor supplies such as windshield washer fluid and DEF to prevent shortages.

Requirements and Qualifications





- Previous experience in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Valid forklift license (Counterbalance and Walkie).
- Robust organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, specifically Word & Excel.
