Our vision is to be the first choice for fund administration.We have repeatedly earned Top Hedge Fund Administrator at the Canadian Hedge Fund Awards, and have been named to several national Great Place to Work lists.Office Location & Hybrid ModelOur office is in downtownToronto, a 5-minutewalk from Union Station.We embrace a versatile hybrid work model,with teams in 2 times per month.About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst, Fund Accounting Onboarding to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Onboarding, this role supports the onboarding, conversion, and valuation of investment funds, ensuring accurate setup and ongoing operational readiness.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fund operations, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teamsWhat You'll DoSet up new funds in internal systems (Diamond) based on legal offering documents, including fee structures, expense accruals, and pricing proceduresSupport fund conversions by liaising with previous administrators and importing historical dataPrepare and review valuation packages, including daily, weekly, and monthly NAV calculationsEnsure accuracy of pricing, corporate actions, dividends,



and fund-specific accrualsCoordinate NAV delivery processes to clients and internal stakeholdersMaintain and update securities, including creating new securities and updating missing identifiers (e.G., RICs)Research and prepare corporate action templates in accordance with fund documentationAnalyze and review corporate action templates prepared by the teamBuild and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and auditorsIdentify process improvement opportunities and elevate issues to managementStay informed on regulatory and industry changes impacting fund operationsWhat You'll BringMust-Haves / RequiredPost-secondary educationStrong understanding of investment fund operationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage competing priorities with minimal supervisionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyNice-to-Haves / AssetsProfessional designation (or in progress)CSC or IFIC Mutual Funds Operations courseExperience with fund accounting systems (e.G., Diamond)Prior experience in fund onboarding, conversions, or valuationsYou Should Embody:Integrity: Demonstrates accountability, transparency, and sound judgmentLeadership: Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilitiesFocus: Effectively manages time and delivers high-quality work under deadlinesPassion: Shows commitment to continuous learning and process improvementTeamwork:
